Job Description
The Special Projects Technician handles a variety of tasks at Launch properties, from landscaping and exterior cleaning to minor repairs and pest control. He or she will also perform projects related to unit preparation and exterior improvements.

Louisville is a mid-sized city in the Midwest with 625,000 residents, combining the benefits of a big city with a quieter atmosphere. Housing costs are 20% lower than the national average and traffic is smoother. Louisville is known for its horse racing, bourbon, baseball bats, and great restaurants, including several Venezuelan ones.
Launch manages 1,100 apartments in Louisville across 10 properties, most built in the 1970s. We keep rents affordable, between $700 and $1,200, for refugees and immigrants, who are our target audience.
Housing and travel logistics
Housing:
Two months of free rent, option to rent a company apartment starting in the third month, prices are affordable, between $700 and $1,200 USD
Transport:
Company supports with a van to be able to carry out daily tasks
Benefits
Housing: The company covers the cost of accommodation in one of its apartments for the first two months. Afterwards, the candidate can choose to continue living in the same property or look for other options from the third month onwards.
Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance: These insurances are subsidized by the company and are available to the employee's family members. Life and disability insurance are fully covered by the company.
Retirement plan: Includes a matching contribution from the company.
Overtime: Overtime is paid at time and a half and must be approved in advance.
Vacation: Two weeks of paid vacation per year and eight paid holidays.
Relocation Reimbursement: Relocation reimbursement is offered in the third month for relocation to the city where the job will be performed.
