Job Description
This position focuses on field inspection, pest management, and consulting on agronomic practices. As a vital link between our research and field operations, the Agronomist will work directly in crop management, ensuring field health and guiding our clients toward best practices.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, Soil Science, Horticulture, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in crop inspection, pest management and agronomic consulting is preferred.
Skills: Excellent analytical, communication and customer interaction skills. Ability to diagnose crop health issues and provide expert recommendations.
Additional Requirements: Must be a Mexican national eligible for TN Visa. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and to travel locally to client fields.
