Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Project Estimation and Cost Analysis

• Analyze engineering drawings, schematics, and project specifications to determine materials, labor, and equipment requirements.

• Conduct technical assessments and propose cost-effective solutions for plumbing installations.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for tenders and project execution, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and contractors to ensure feasibility and alignment with budget.

Technical Support and Engineering

• Apply engineering principles to evaluate and design the most efficient plumbing systems for each project.

• Use knowledge in mechanical, civil or industrial engineering to optimize plumbing designs and reduce costs.

• Ensure compliance with U.S. plumbing codes, building regulations and safety standards.

Coordination with Suppliers and Clients

• Contact and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain competitive prices and updated material specifications.

• Support sales and engineering teams by providing technical advice to customers and stakeholders.

• Assist in the preparation and review of contracts, tenders and project proposals.

Continuous Improvement and Regulatory Compliance

• Stay up to date on industry developments, engineering best practices and cost trends.
