Job Description

1. Must be able to efficiently perform the following tasks: perform/record vitals, CPR, apply oxygen delivery systems, perform simple wound irrigations/direct pressure/dressings, prepare sterile field for sterile field preparation, and perform simple wound irrigations/direct pressure/dressings.

2. Assists in conducting observations, collecting data and identifying patient care needs.
3. Assists in transporting and transferring patients.
4. Answer telephone, filing, greeting patients/visitors, transcribing provider orders, electronic data entry, and
assist with documentation
5. Assists with cleaning, stocking and maintenance of department equipment and supplies 6.
6. Practices safe work habits, adherence to safety rules and regulations, and adheres to safety policies
7. Utilizes resources appropriately and follows facility guidelines, policies and procedures.


-Puerto Rican citizenship.
-Great oral communication skills
-Ability to deal with conflictive and difficult people.
